For those of you spending some days in Uruguay, we are planning a social program besides our workshop.

After two intense days of work, we will taste a Uruguayan asado, by the beach.
A colleague of ours has kindly lent us her beach house (60 km far from Montevideo), to spend the day in nature and have a typical asado. An asado consists of different kinds of roast meat (and roast vegetables for those who are vegetarians).
